The reason is structural rather than generous. The moment protection sits behind a paywall, the offer becomes pay us or stay exposed, and a company that would charge you at that moment is not one you should trust with a pseudonymous identity in the first place. So paid tiers here buy convenience and capability. They never buy safety, and they never will.

No seat licences, no annual contract, nothing charged for a record you never used. We're not publishing the rate yet, because we're setting it with our first vendor partners rather than announcing it at them.
